:)We have a new Website : www.ChoyLiFutMokHung.com We will be selling the new DVD by Gary, the DVD will have an introduction talking about the 5 Family style, the 5 animal and the basic stand. Gary will then take you thorough the Salute and Butterfly Forms, following the forms he will demonstrate each move in how it would apply. The DVD is about one hour long with instructions only available to Gary’s very best students. You can go to the web site for information about the classes and Gary.

Looks fantastic but I can't log in. I could only read GM Wong's bio and the contact page. BTW, I thought Bruce Lee was never a student.

GREAT job Sigy, a billion "Thanks ;D" Ahhhhh, I still haven't learned patience. Back to the drawing board.

The website looks great guys! Well done! I'm afraid that I'm in the same boat as Jay and Mic...can't watch the videos without a login.
Let us know what to do and it will be done... ;-)
Pretty exciting times in 5F kung fu these days, eh?! Great job again, guys!

Hi Gary and Jay
Jay thanks for the heads up on the new Gary 5F website . I don't know if I told you this on the phone but in the first week of September a few friends and I will be talking the Wonderland trail around Mt. Rainier .it is a 93 mile trail and will probably take about 6 days but were saying 8 days because that's what the trail guide says to do . there will still be snow then as well as a lot of hungry critters like black bears and mountain lions but hey , I know Kung Fu lol .if there are any serious backpackers out there interested in taking on the Grizzly Adams experience contact me here

Robert,
You'll love the Wonderland Trail. I was just at Mt. Rainier last summer. I hiked past Pebble Creek and the Skyline up to about 1000 feet in elevation from Camp Nuir(south side of Rainier). I also did 3rd Burroughs Mountain on the north side of Rainier. The pacific northwest is gorgeous and Mt. Rainier is a gem! We put in several hundred miles in the NW alone last year. Have a good time!
I'm leaving Alaska now and then headed to New Mexico for the mountains, otherwise...I'd drop you a line and do some backpacking and mountaineering with you.
Sorry about the off topic comments...I just had to chime in!
Jeff

The video looks great ! I think Sigghy did a great job.. I wanted to let you know that my proceeds will go to the Camillian center for children born with AIDS. The Gov't here doesn't ackowledge their existance and gives no aid at all. Thank you all. I hope you can open your pocket and your heart.

Hey Gary, What about the question I asked about the autograph. See my last post! ;D Also, what did you do with all the KF movies you had? Did one of the "Stoners" keep them... transferred them to DVD or? Looking forward to March is going to make the cold winter seem like a breeze and I should be up to speed on remembering better. Training 5/5 alone is like doing a math problem without my big brother to help out... I used to close the math book after I try and try without him. In KF I have tried and tried and moved on to something else than forms because I could not remember what came next in a form! Thanks a zillion Gary and Sigy! (I have been called "michi" before... we could all make out names rhyme, huh?) Mic
