 Hello All We have a schedule for classes at Stoner Park. In addition to our Monday and Thursday classes which will run as usual we well have a 9-1 session Sunday March 9. The following weekend we will have the gym both days from 9-5. Details are still to be arranged for 3/22. We may have the Stoner class room or we may have to make other arrangements. On 3/23 we are at Stoner from 9-5. There should be seven regular classes as well. The classes will probably last about three hours each so we have a total of 21 hours of weekday classes and between 28 and 35 hours of weekend time. I hope everyone can make it for some of the times. Happy Labor day to all KF friends... in the US. I believe, the rest of the world, minus Canada too, celebrates on May 1st. I did not say QUEBEC, Steeve!  Correct me if I am wrong... wherever you are on the Water Planet. Anyway, enjoy the day off. We all know how hard we work and work out! |

As you might have noticed at the top of the page, in the advertisement section, "The Forbidden Kigdom" is out on DVD. In my opinion, it is well worth seeing! Enjoy! We could start a thread and discuss the movie or any of the topics presented in the movie... just an idea! Jackieeeee! |

To all who are reading this forum . I know things are a little tight for some money wise, but the DVD was made for a couple of reasons. 1 - Was to help some learn what we are doing . 2 - Was to help to raise money for children who will never live to an old age.
For the good of all I would like to see everyone have a personal copy of this DVD which means so much to so many. We all spend money on things to improve our life, but why not spend some on something to improve someone else's life ! If you remember one thing, remember this .. Karma

Sorry to say that due to civil unrest in the country, Siggy and group couldn't enter and they had to fly home! One of the problems with living in a third world country !
