Hi Gary, I will make sure that I have enough energy for my trip back to Thailand. Will definitely have some good stories after my present sortie to Russia. Take care Phil

We are relatively quiet where I am at the moment except for the odd mini riot. Across the fence on the pipeline project there has been 2 stabbings and a shooting this week so far. Puts a whole new look on writing incident reports. Never a dull moment, if I stay on this rotation I should see you around the 5th next month...............

This forum doesn't get many hits, but I'd like to mention something to those that do see it........... Hopefully I have stopped this not a very nice person Shewmaker from disrupting things for everyone.......... If it goes further I will have to invite him to our workout !

This is a photo of John dye who was the 2 nd person to join our school when we opened in 1973. John is still working out with the group. This is a shot of him doing some free climbing. John is also a power lifter and is getting ready for a competition. Just to let you know, only 1 in 10,000 men can bench press their own bodyweight . John is going to do double his bodyweight ! Good luck John ! Actually luck will have nothing to do with it .

Hi Everybody ! you'll have to forgive me, I don't really know how to use a computer to it's fullest so please bear with me... I learned how to post photos on this forum and then I learned how to post a video on youtube, and that's about it ! If I post on youtube I don't know how to tell you what to press so you can see it, so I'll just have to tell you where the video is.... Go to youtube and type - gary steuer 5 family kung fu I posted a video of Jay Goodman doing the Power set. This is a form I learned in Hong Kong at the iron palm school back in the 60's and was showed to me again by GM wong .. This made me a true believer of our style when GM Wong showed me a form that I knew from having studied somewhere else. Most all kung fu is tied together in one way or another and this proved it to me. Master Jiow Chi Ling in Hong Kong also does the Tiger - Crane form which is identical to ours !
If anyone knows how to use this forum to put in headers, and such and seperate the subjects I would appreciate all the help you could give. After all this forum is for everyone !

Gary, It is very easy to do, just highlight the URL of the video, right click on your mouse, select "copy", then come to here. At the cursor, right click, select "paste", that's it. BTW, it is just like copy and paste. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqmOlFPCfW8Seming
