Some style died ...some probably live forever ...thats hope to us Just imagine some style like the northern 7 stars Mantis of the Lo Kwan Yuk Lineage keep their root ...cause of the work of one men Wong Hon Fan ....Who write book and keep all the forms he learned by writing ....today we could do that with videos/DVDS we have the technology ......internet and so on to give informations Whats a Wonderful World Steeve

PS. I taught in Atlixco, state of Puebla for a little while and had to leave quickly one day on the bus.. Sat next to a chicken. What a great experience.. I'll explain it all later... Went to Oaxaca in '92 and had a big to do with the Korean Taekwondo Federation from Korea.. Went to a big fiesta at a ranch after their demonstrations and promotions, was introduced to their head coach as the man who taught kung fu, and after everyone got a good laugh about that I was challenged by the Gold medalist from the Olympics.... He threw a punch, I blocked, spun him around, put him to sleep, laid him down on the floor and was then asked to teach something to the Korean kids...By the end of the day I had the whole Korean Taekwando team doing the salute and the beginning of the small cross ! I would have loved to stay down there but I was in and out Thailand at that time....

Could we get someone to translate the comment at the bottom of the picture? Seming, please? Thanks, Michele Mic, Top line says “woman’s training class”, bottom line “wah que wu shu club”. There was a time the school had many woman enrollments, it became necessary to have them train in the same group. Gary was selected to teach that class. Oh, wait, he volunteered for the job ;D ;D Seming

Oh! The Shame I feel! To all my brothers here, and of course Michele, I apologize wholeheartedly for not keeping in touch over the last couple of months. My life's been non-stop work, school and my kid's activities. But now I'm pretty much back in full swing. So let me get caught up a little: I hope you all had an excellent Thanksgiving; a very merry Christmas; and a most Happy New Year. A couple of quick remarks: Gary - Sorry I haven't emailed you in a while but I haven't forgotten about you. We're anxiously awaiting your arrival. Michele - Thanks for the info you sent me and I still hope we can get together when you come down in March. George - I'm very happy to see you posting here and sorry I missed you at the reunion. Seming - I'm very happy to see that you are participating here as well and I'll be apologize for my poor performance at the reunion. Jay - Sorry for not keeping in touch but all the ups and downs in life sometimes pull us away from great friendships we've formed. And I definately consider you a great friend and brother. But, I'll be giving you a call this weekend. Jim - If you could let me know when the next Sunday workout is, me, Khrystil and Tito will definately be there. Gotta go for now but I'll be getting caught up on posting a little later. Steve Perez ;D
