Thanks for all the well wishes. I'm feeling pretty good.. Any of you still working out... I haven't seen anything written........... My horse stance is a little narrow these days. It's a good thing I practiced wing chun !

Glad you are feeling better. Class was good tonight. There were 8 of us, including 2 new students who are really loving the class. If we get any more we can start a group workout again like the old days.

I'm glad the class is getting stronger. It is up to everyone of us to hold this together . The original style that was taught by Master Wong is in our hands. you've seen what's out there. don' let this happen to our group ! I hope I can be with you all this year.. It has been a good test of both me , and you .

I know I haven't been too active lately, please forgive me.. I am on the mend , thanks to all your support ! I'd like to wish everyone the very best this Thanksgiving.. There is a lot to be thankful for, whether we want to admit it or not .
When I worked at UCLA I saw a student who was a quadraplegic in a mouth controlled wheelchair. It was raining very hard, he was trying to cross the street, and one of his wheels was stuck in a hole.. There were a bunch of us who stopped what we were doing in order to help him. I'll never forget that moment, every time I am able to stand up and turn on a light switch , I am thankful !

Happy Turkey Day to all as well.
I wanted to let everyone who reads the forum know that we at Stoner Park are trying to raise money to help Gary with his upcoming surgery and treatments. The surgery alone will cost $1,500. This was a great wake up call for me and I hope everyone can learn from my experiences... Don't EVER take anything for granted ! If there is something to do , don't put it off, Do it ! Get inside yourself and clear up whatever it is that is holding you back from doing something important for yourself, or others. There might not be a better time.. Priorities in your life are very important also. Working out is great, but sometimes we forget that we or others have families, or responsibilities that have to come first.
