I can't wait to see everyone again. This has been a breakthrough year for me in my training. My wife Tuen became very involved with the Buddhist community. It opened many doors for her , and brought me along as well. If you know me , then you know there is no bigger skeptic than me ! I was introduced to some monks who understood what my feelings about organized religion are and they quickly dissmissed the doubts that I had. Everything I had learned in my kung fu training was explained in a different way and it made more sense. I can't explain in writing what they are, but I can tell you I feel better physically and emotionally. I can't wait to share with you the simple precepts that have worked for me. The Buddhism I was introduced to is called Dammagaya. The learning comes through meditation. It was never explained to me before as it was now and it is very fullfilling. Trust me....... It's a pleasure to have you on the forum with us Mario ! I'll leave Thailand on the 27 th , and after flying for 18 hours, along witha couple of hours layover in Taipai, I land at LAX, 2 hours after I left Thailand ! How's that for a trip ! I'll be in L.A. until the 27 th of April.. you could contact jim or Jay, and they can give you directions , and times for all the classes. I can't wait to get the group together for the workouts and to show the things I've learned at the temple this year ... Hope to see you soon...

I should be in L.A. around the 27 th of March. We will hold special Sunday workouts that will go over new material that will apply to anyone's training at any level.
to cover the expenses of these workouts they will be $ 40 per Sunday workout, which will be a lot of one on one training for about 4 hours. The cost for the entire month will be $ 125.
again, that is to cover all the expenses....... I hope you can make it to the workout at least one time ! see you all soon !
