Hi Gary, I recall the chi kung on the Ark Wong Dit Da Jow recipe to be standing in a square horse with arms extended to the sides and the breathing in with the palms slightly moving up and the breath out with the palms down slightly lowering. Also the count was 100. Is that count for each up and down or is it up and down for one count? Also, please let me now if I missed anything. Thanks! Jay
